NRL & Associates Facility
NRL & Associates operates a fully equipped machining center designed to handle both metal and plastic components with precision. Our expertise includes advanced 5-axis machining, capable of producing parts up to a 3-foot cube work envelope. To ensure maximum accuracy, our facility is temperature controlled, including both the shop environment and machine coolant systems. Our 5-axis machine are situated on 48 inches of isolated concrete and equipped with up to 315 tools and 60 pallets for efficient, uninterrupted production.
Our state-of-the-art quality lab features three CMMs, including two with full scanning capability, supported by a wide range of calibrated inspection equipment maintained by third-party services.
In addition, our fabrication bay is equipped with multiple press brakes, lasers, rolls, and dedicated welding chambers, enabling advanced sheet metal and structural fabrication.
Finally, our assembly department is configured to manage both manufactured and sourced components, delivering turnkey assemblies tailored to customer requirements.
